Copying two groups together makes pasted objects One group

Description

1. add two rectangles
2. group them
3. add two more rectangles, group them
4. copy all rectangles.
5. paste.

Notice how new rectangles are now in one group. They should still be two separate groups.

Most likely was fix when some of the copy/paste stuff was refactored

Reproduced:

1. Drop a rectangle on stage
2. Draw a line on top of the rectangle
3. Group the line and rectangle
4. Copy the grouping using right click and paste it using right click.
