Selection UI control for checkboxes and radio buttons should be a checkbox, not a drop down box.

Drop down boxes are appropriate for more than 2 selections. In a boolean situation such as this, a checkbox is most elegant.

fix is biproduct of handling a shape with more than 2 states.
