Document Manager hangs when trying to open Gliffy document

When using the document manager to open Gliffy files in Confluence it takes either a very long time to load the spaces and documents or the request times out (see attached picture)

 All   Comments   Change History      Sort Order: Ascending order - Click to sort in descending order

Shannon,

Can you please take a look at this? This is likely due to a slow server response, probably because of the large number of spaces that exist for Confluence Hosted.

Note that for 1.4, a lot of re-factoring in this area has taken place.

Jens, is this error happening for all users or just for the admin users who would be able to view all spaces?

Jens, Paul, can you give us some idea about how many spaces/diagrams you have in your installation that is causing the slowness and timeouts with the document manager.

Is this still and issue with version 1.4 of the plugin?

The behavior in version 1.3.6 of the plugin was such that all gliffy documents the user had access to were shown when the document manager was opened.

In 1.4.0, only the diagrams in the first listed space are shown, reducing the number of diagrams shown by a significant amount.

I believe the performance problem should be resolved now.

Sorry for the tardy reply.

For http://www.onconfluence.com/display/ScienceLearningCentres/Home it's about
ten spaces and ten diagrams.

But I guess what you need is a response for the whole Confluence Hosted instance.

Don't know. Confluence Hosted is running V1.3.6 so I can't
check this for you.
