I just had to close my browser tab when I could not find the diagram i was looking for with 'Open...' from the file menu. Luckily not that many changes haven been lost due to that. Please fix this!

Go to a page with a diagram in it
Add another diagram below it
Leave it empty and open the first diagram
Go to file > open...
Try to find the second diagram. If you are too fast, it can happen that it is not already there. If you wait a bit, it normally is.

I had this that I tried too fast, so I could not see the diagram I wanted to open. I wanted to cancel the document manager, but I could not.

Same issue here. I wanted to open a diagram via File > Open, then I changed my mind and wanted to go back to my already opened diagram, but there was not cancel button in the document manager window.
