Flushing the cache resolves this.

How are attachments being created and added to a page?

Tested on Confluence 2.7 with Gliffy plugin 1.3.5

Which cache did you flush to resolve this? Web browser? If so, which web browser are you using?

Seems to be working for me ok with the latest 1.4.0-SNAPSHOT on Confluence 2.8.
