When a new diagram is created using the 'Add Diagram' link, it is not being indexed. Diagrams only seem to get indexed when they are saved subsequently.
It's important to fix this, as new diagrams don't show up in the doc mgr if they are not indexed.

I can't reproduce this in the current 1.4.0 development branch. I think this might have been fixed when the updates were made to the way attachments were saved earlier in the 1.4.0 version development.
