Description
When attempting to align things up with the drawing guides, the drawing guides (red ones) remain on the screen after clicking your mouse repeatedly to remove focus.

has trouble recreating (although i have seen it happen).
made sure to turn off guides on other mouse up events and at the end of the logic stream of the overlay mouse up
