Description

Customers may see the following error message if they have an accent in their name:

O NOES!

An error has occurred with the configuration of Gliffy for Google Apps.

If you are attempting to install Gliffy for the first time, you can try uninstalling the application and repeating the installation process.

If the problem persists, please contact support@gliffy.com with the error message below:

Unable to authenticate this OpenId Request: 002
