Create Right Arrow for Basic and Flowchart shapes

Description

Add an arrow shape.
Add text to shape.
Rotate it 180 degrees.
Notice how text is rotated.

We might want to allow option to not rotate the text.

This may not be so bad if there were both left & right arrows.
Since we only have a left arrow how can we get a right arrow with text that isn't inverted?
This is a glaring ommission IMHO.

In general, text placement is something that could do with more control.
Providing a bounding rectangle to control text positioning that was moveable & rotatable relataive to the parent shape would provide complete flexibility.

We already have an issue for text rotation on an object. This issue will be for a Left arrow, so that users do not have to drag a right arrow and rotate. A side effect is that it fixes the problem of text being upside down for left arrow.
