If a .gif file is in a diagram, and the .png of the diagram was somehow deleted, you might see this.

With our switch to use embedded images in SVG (GLIFFY-1740). All GIF's fail to be rendered by Batik.

The work-around for this is to simply edit the diagram, and then save the diagram. This will create a new transcoded image.

Reopened. If this is an issue, we could convert GIF images before embedding them in SVG. Punting to 3.1.
