Add Diagram links don't show up for the non default themes with for Gliffy 1.4, Confluence 2.8

When the Left Navigation Theme is selected, the Add Diagram Link does not show. When we enable the "Legacy Add Diagram link (2.8+) " option in the Gliffy Plugin for Confluence plugin page, the link does appear.
The issue is that this works on a Space, Page, or News Operations link, but doesn't work when in a Browse Space link.
