Creately and Visio both use the mouse wheel to scroll. That seems to make more sense to me.

Yeah, I think you're right. Scrolling with the mouser wheel makes more sense.

oh wait.. this is with using the CTRL+Mouse wheel.

Creately does NOT do this, but Visio does.
