Drag and Drop a Swim Lane Shape to the Drawing Stage
Type '90' into Rotation Field (under Shape Properties)

Actual Result:
Text in 'title bar' of swim lane adds '90' to the field

Suggested Fix:
Disable Rotation Box for Swim Lane shapes
