Fitting to screen and then resizing palettes and symbols, won't let you fit to screen again

Description:

1. Open a diagram
2. fit to screen
3. close palettes and symbols
4. fit to screen

actual res: doesn't work. if u zoom to 100%, u can then do a fit to screen
