Create help template for confluence plugin admin

  • Description:

    Currently the gliffy confluence plugin administration page uses the same right hand side help template as the confluence license details page. We should create our own custom template that is specific to gliffy.

Basic help tips template added to the admin screen.

@Chris please update the wording if you want, and sort out the i18n property files.

Please add the following text:

Entering Licenses
The most reliable way to update your license information is to copy the values from the email that contains your license, and then paste those values into this form. If you have any problems at all, please don't hesitate to contact our sales team at: orders@gliffy.com
