Since the space name (long category description) can have all sorts of characters in it, we need to make sure this value is xml encoded before being sent back to the client.

This is Luke from Korean partner, Goldpitcher.
We got found major issue with Korean.

1. File Open menu click in Gliffy under Confluence
2. Popup window shows and korean space name is broken.
